We sincerely apologize to those of you who have experienced any issues with adding funds to PayPerPost recently. We have what appears to be a small group within our population of advertisers who have been unable to add funds, unable to get transaction verification, or have otherwise had issues with funding. Regardless of the number, it is our feeling that any one advertiser who is experiencing these issues is of great importance to us.
Please know that I personally have dedicated many hours in communications with PayPal, which processes our transactions, in the last two weeks in the attempt to resolve this asap, and as a management team we are looking into a solid long term solution. PayPal has slowly made some upgrades so I may at least now access our history of transactions, and reference that information. That was unavailable to us as of two weeks ago.
If you are experiencing any issues and have contacted me, I am working with PayPal. Feel free to reach out again with any questions. If you are experiencing issues, but have not yet contacted me please do so via email: Karen[at]PayPerPost[dot]com
The details of your specific issue will be a great help.
Again, our apologies. And we greatly appreciate your patience as we resolve this.
Thank you!

PayPal is notorious for freezing accounts for "paid to" programs. Even though PPP is far from HYIP, PTP or PTR programs, you should have a backup plan.
