Who exactly are you, and what's your phone number? Where's the About page?I'm having trouble adding money to my account, but the only contact points are an e-mail address from which I've gotten no response, and a chat call center in Bangalore that doesn't know the answer to anything.

This service is still in Beta. We will be adding additional pages and resources overtime to answer questions. We are in the process of building our resource center right now. All customer service is done inside our Florida office, however sometimes it is difficult to resolve an issue through chat and email alone. I would suggest you provide a phone number in the chat and our reps will be happy to assist you.

Still no solution has been forthcoming. Your support person seems to be limited to trying to offload problem solving to PayPal. All I want to do is pay you guys $100. You only have 18 customers. How busy can you be? If PayPay is not helping you solve the problem, route around them.

Sir, we are actively managing over 300 advertisers at this point and have had little problem accepting payment. Unfortunately we do not determine the results delivered back from PayPal processing. If you are having credit card issues you can send a check to:PayPerPost,Inc.2701 Maitland Center ParkwaySuite 125Mailtand, FL 32751Please be sure to include your username so we can credit the account properly.

Sir, you have over 300 advertisers -- and 18 current "opportunities"? Some of them are from PayPerPost itself. This site has SCAM written all over it. Why not say who you are? Google returns more than 100 hits for "2701 Maitland Center Parkway". Is this a Mailboxes Etc. address?

Anonymous #2 said: "Google returns more than 100 hits for "2701 Maitland Center Parkway". Is this a Mailboxes Etc. address?"My guess would be that it's the address for their corporate agent. If you search for the service-of-process address for most large Silicon Valley companies, you'll find they go to a handful of Delaware resident agents. Our own company uses such an agent. At any rate, they were covered in Business Week, so if it's a con, it's a sophisticated "Big Store" con.My problem is they seem to be rather incompetent. I have repeatedly asked for them to solve a problem that is preventing me from GIVING THEM MONEY, and they never get back to me. On chat all they say is it's PayPal's fault.

"If you are having credit card issues you can send a check to: ..."Could you please just publish your friggin' PayPay account address? PayPay says that "info@payperpost.com" has no account. The slick integration of PayPay into your site is cool, but it doesn't work for all people. Just give out your PayPay account address and we can pay you directly. Anyone at the level of sophistication of operating a web site for which they are paying for advertising and publicity is going to know how to deal directly with PayPay anyway.
